Gobbling Up Your Opinions

Hey All!

I've been getting a lot of positive feedback about my blog. Which makes me super duper ginormously happy. And I just wanted to say thank you to all my readers, especially to those of you that have put up with the long rants and such since the beginning.

So, on to the main subject of today's post. Ever heard the phrase, "You are what you eat."? A while ago, I came across this book called Everything I Ate: A Year In The Life of my Mouth. Within the pages of this tiny book contained photographs of every single thing Tucker Shaw (the author) ate, during the year 2004. For the most part the book is filled with photographs of everything from cereal to pizza to even the exotic French and other international foods. And the few things that aren't photos are Shaw's revelations and detailed schedules of what time he ate. I highly recommend this book. It's a fun quick read (or rather browse). And might just make you think about how the food that you eat symbolizes the many moments (big, small, important, mundane) in your life, which make up who you are.

Oh, and here's a link to a preview of the first few pages of the book. (It can be purchased on Amazon.com or at Barnes and Noble.)

Bis Morgen!
