Hey All!
Thought you would find this article interesting, especially after I just praised Chipotle last week. Hopefully, the immigrant labor issue will be dealt with quickly and smoothly, so that we can go back to enjoying the yummy eco-friendly and healthier version of Mexican food.

When I was younger, I was extremely lactose intolerant. However, over the years, I have overcome it learning to appreciate yogurts, ice cream, and of course cheese. Now, you all have heard my complaints about the dining hall here, so I guess it's time you heard of the compliment(s) that I have for Leutner. The biggest one is... Their grilled cheese is heavenly. Hey All!
Was checking out food news on Yahoo and I came across this article, So I'm The Chef. How crazy cool of a restaurant idea is that? Letting the patrons be their own cooks. I know you're probably wondering if it's such a great idea since you can cook on your own for a lower price and how safe it is to have amateur cooks in a professional kitchen. But the article addresses these concerns. Think cooking class, where you get to taste your creations. Pretty neat, huh?
