I'm not sure how many of you know this but NYC is one of the burger capitals of the world. Probably due to popularity of diners and bars in the city, burgers are in high demand, even becoming the central theme of some restaurants. So what makes a good burger? Fresh ground beef (grass-fed of course), high heat, good quality cheese, ketchup, perfect sized leaf of lettuce, and fresh sliced tomatoes and onions. Now, to get one of these scrumptious burgers, the Daily News suggests trying the Corner Bistro, the winner in their Best of New York: Burger Edition contest. To check out the runner ups, click on the link. Let me know what you think of the list!
